Suggest a different wording (change in bold text):

"..., then you really cannot call what you are creating a Building Information Model."

Merely adding "is" after "doing" is not correct grammar: "..., then you really cannot call what you are doing is a Building Information Model." In simplest form it reads "...cannot call [_____________] is a [___BIM____]." The correct form should be "...cannot call [____________] a [____BIM____]".
