Delete the word "and" before the word "Objectives" and add "and Strategies" to the end of the section title.

Following the phrase "how it will function,", delete the word "and". The comma here and the word "and" before the final description listed in line 8 provide the correct grammar.

In lines 10 and 11 on this page you have spelled out what NIBS and FIC stand for. Why do you need to spell them out again on line 19 and 23?

Goals 1 and 2 under 2007-2008 Goals column are italicized.  Goals 3 through 6 on page 30 are not and are easier to read.  Suggest non-italicized text for all goals.

Font size of parenthetical note below Goal 1 is too small and hard to read.

Adjust table so that first line of 6.2 under Objectives column and 6.2.1 under Strategies column move to page 30 to avoid spliting table paragraph across two pages.

Change opening line of sentence to read, "The NBIMS Committee will seek to create....." vs. "NBIMS will seek to create....."

The NBIMS Committee is people, who can "seek to create formal relationships", NBIMS is a standard, which cannot "seek to create formal relationships".

Reword to read, "with which the NBIMS Committee will coordinate" vs. "with which NBIMS will coordinate".

The NBIMS Committee, people, can "coordinate standard development and harmonization activities."  NBIMS, the standard, cannot coordinate such activities.
