Where did the information about NIST possibly "organizing and or provide independent software certification testing" come from.  Working at NIST, I have not heard anything like this.

The font used for the "Chapter 5.3" header on each page is not the same as that used throughout the document for chapter headers.  Match font used for Chapter 5.2.

Form of sentence as is:

"Primary driver.... is.... processes and ....... requirements."

Recommend rewording for agreement between nouns and verbs (singular vs. plural) (revisions in bold):

"The primary drivers for defining requirements for the National BIM Standard are industry standard processes..."

Increase size of graphic image - room available on the right side.

Match the graphics for "Existing Industry Standards" and "Existing Technology Standards".  Forms within dashed lines are not the same.

Label graphics as Figure 5.3-1.

Capitalize the first letter of the word "definitions" at the end of the line.

Recommend adding a comma at the end of line 30 above, deleting parenthetical phrase and substituting:  "covered in more detail in Chapter 5.4."

Use a capital "C" for the first letter of specific chapter:

For all items listed from line 8 throught line 1 on page 101, for consistent appearance, consider using bullet and bold title format as used on page 74 instead of underlined title format used here.

Use capital "C" for first leter of "chapter".

Most items listed in this section start with a verb.  Suggest on this item adding "Facilitate" immediately before the words "international collaboration activity".

Delete comma between the words "industry" and "with".

Following the word "comment" delete the parenthesis, substitute the word "by".  At the end of the sentence on line 22, delete the right parenthesis and add a period.
