In the second line of the note below Figure 5.3.1-2, is there supposed to be a space between the hyphen following "ifc-" and "xml"?

There is no page number.  Perhaps it is hidden by graphics of Figure 5.3.1-4.

Near the end of the line use "Request" instead of "Requests".  The double plural in the phrase "Requests for Information clarifications" doesn't read smoothly.  (Request for Information is an adjective describing what type of clarifications.)

An alternate wording would be "....costly Requests for Information and clarifications....."

Delete line 27, potentially allowing the text extending to the right between the figures to align with the text above and allowing figure 5.3.1-4 to be moved up, revealing the page number.

Change "team's" to "teams' ".
