"This is key difficulty in capturing and tracking this data." This sentence structure is a little off shouldn't it read "This is a key.."?

Change "Class" to "Classes".

"Area Unit" should be "AreaUnit" for consistency with other classifications.

This typo (putting a space between combined words for classifications) occurs in a number of locations in the worksheet tables.

Numerous comments I posted over a week ago, mostly on format, grammar, consistency in font size used, paragraph numbering, missing table (A/R 66 PropertyType Classification), typos, consistency in Column Name entries (e.g. FloorElevationUnits [plural] vs. ExteriorGrossAreaUnit [singular]), etc. are no longer on the comment and review site.

I recommend that this appendix be given a thorough proofreading before it is officially issued as a standard under NBIMS.
